California ReLeaf is a statewide community and volunteer coordinating body, working with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to plant and care for California's tree canopy. In 2019, California ReLeaf began partnering with CAPA Strategies on Heat Watch campaigns, identifying urban hotspots and prioritizing canopy placement in California communities.
